Red Shoes Memories Ltd products are handmade and made to order. Slight colour and design variations may occur in each handbag, this is part of the product’s unique character. Customers are to sign the order confirmation form before the order is placed agreeing to the design chosen (lining only). Therefore handbags cannot be returned due to the chosen design on the lining. Due to quality control procedures the item is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects. All handbags are checked through quality control before reaching the customer, however, if any defects exist, or you have any other queries, please notify Red Shoes Memories Ltd by email on info@redshoesmemories.com or telephone 0790 6915 445 immediately.
Colours may vary during printing – customers should note that the print quality of the item will vary depending on the quality of the original image supplied.
Red Shoes Memories Ltd accept no responsibility for damage or loss to any photographs.
Leather will crease and mark over time, this is a natural process and is not a fault. Colour may run from new leather if it is wet.
Customers must own the rights to their respective photograph, or have obtained the relevant permission prior to submitting them to Red Shoes Memories Ltd. Red Shoes Memories Ltd do not take responsibility if this has not been acted upon correctly by the customer.

Must be made in full and will be taken with the initial order and is non-refundable after 7 working days as cancellations and refunds are not possible due to the bespoke nature of the product. Customers have those 7 working days prior to cheques being cashed to cancel the order.
Presently we accept cheques. Please make cheques payable to: Red Shoes Memories Ltd and send to the address below. Please note you will receive a receipt once your cheque has cleared (this can take up to 4 working days). Please write your cheque card number, card expiry date, name and address on the back of the cheque.

Once a design has been chosen customers are required to sign an ‘order confirmation form’ before the order is placed due to the bespoke nature of the product. Design consultancy is available and is part of the service, should you require this service please contact Red Shoes Memories Ltd directly.
Red Shoes Memories has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, promotions and prices you see in retail outlets selling Red Shoes Memories products do not apply to redshoesmemories.com, and vice versa.
